Plainly put: we supply software, we do not run trucks.
What the service is
TransportMaster is software for keeping the records of your transport business — creating LR and bilty documents, tracking trips, maintaining party and supplier ledgers, recording driver accounts and expenses, and generating invoices and reports. We are not a transport service: we do not operate trucks, act as a broker, or become a party to any consignment. The dealings between you and your customers, transporters and drivers remain entirely yours.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- The information you provide must be accurate
- Keeping your password secure is your responsibility
- You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by staff you add
Trial and subscription
New accounts get a 15-day free trial, with no card details required. After the trial, continued use requires a paid plan. Current prices are shown on our website and we will notify you before any price change. If a subscription lapses the account may become read-only — your data is not deleted immediately, and you will have the chance to export it.
Frequently asked questions
Do you provide transport services?
No. We supply software only. Trucks, consignments and dealings with parties remain entirely your own.
What happens after the trial?
After 15 days a paid plan is needed to continue. Data is not deleted — the moment you take a plan, everything continues from where you left off.
What happens to my data if the subscription lapses?
It is not deleted straight away. You are given the chance to export it to Excel.
