Transport software for transporters in Indore and Madhya Pradesh

Seasonal loads, many small parties, and payments that take their time.

What Indore work looks like

Indore sits in the middle of the country, which makes it a crossing point as much as a market. Soya and grain move in season, FMCG and packaged goods move all year to the smaller towns of Madhya Pradesh, and return loads are taken from wherever they appear — Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Delhi, Nagpur.

The pattern is many small parties rather than a few large ones, and payment that arrives in parts, weeks after delivery. The problem is not any single bill — it is remembering which of eighty parties still owes what, and for how long.

What that needs from the software

What you get

Works on the phone in the office and on the road

There is nothing to install. It opens in any phone or computer browser, and in Chrome you can add it to the home screen so it behaves like an app. The munshi enters trips at the counter, and you see the same figures from wherever you are.

Frequently asked questions

We take part payments. Will the balance stay right?

Yes. A part payment is posted against the trips it covers and the balance recalculates itself — nothing is added up by hand.

How do I see who has owed me the longest?

The dashboard shows money to receive and money to pay, with each name carrying its balance and the age of its oldest bill. Anything past thirty days is marked in red.

Can I add my existing parties quickly?

Yes. Import them from an Excel sheet — the software recognises common column names, shows you a preview, and saves nothing until you confirm.

Is there a limit on how many parties or trips?

No limit on either, and the price does not change with volume.
