Transport software for transporters in Jaipur and Rajasthan
Weight-based freight done properly — per tonne, with the weight printed on the bilty.
What Rajasthan work looks like
A large part of Rajasthan freight is weight freight. Marble and granite from Kishangarh and Makrana, stone and grit, cement from the Chittorgarh and Nimbahera belt, and mustard and grain in season. Almost none of it is billed as a flat lorry rate — it is billed per tonne, and sometimes the loaded weight and the unloaded weight do not agree.
That makes two things non-negotiable: the rate per tonne and the weight have to be on the document, and any shortage has to be a visible deduction rather than an argument on the phone.
What that needs from the software
- Freight per tonne, per kg, per quintal or per bag — the total works itself out from rate and quantity
- Weight and unit printed on the bilty, so there is nothing to dispute later
- Shortage recorded as a deduction line on the bill, with the amount visible
- Different rates for the same party on different routes
- Per-truck profit, so a vehicle running at a loss on a stone route is obvious
What you get
- Bilty / LR in three copies — consignor, consignee and office — in your own number series
- Every trip with party freight, supplier hire, advances and the profit left over
- Party and supplier ledgers that build themselves from trips and payments
- GST invoices, delivery challans and trip bills from the same figures
- Driver advances and expenses in one account
- Your logo and signature on every document
- All your data exportable to Excel, any time
Works on the phone in the office and on the road
There is nothing to install. It opens in any phone or computer browser, and in Chrome you can add it to the home screen so it behaves like an app. The munshi enters trips at the counter, and you see the same figures from wherever you are.
Frequently asked questions
Can freight be charged per tonne?
Yes. Fixed, per trip, per tonne, per kg, per km, per day, per hour, per litre and per bag — nine ways in all. Enter the rate and the quantity and the total is calculated.
Will the weight show on the bilty?
Yes, with its unit — tonnes, kg, quintal, bags or litres, whichever you used.
How do I handle a shortage at unloading?
Add it as a deduction line on the trip. It appears as its own line on the bill, so the party sees the amount and the reason.
Can I keep different rates for the same party?
Yes. The rate is entered per trip, so each route and each load can carry its own rate.
