Transport software for brokers and transporters in Delhi NCR
Built for the way loads actually move out of Delhi — many parties, many trucks, and a long list of pending payments.
What Delhi work looks like
Delhi is a booking market more than a fleet market. Most of the work is brokering: a party gives the load, a truck owner gives the vehicle, and the broker sits in between with his own commission and his own risk. The same day can carry a load to Jaipur, one to Lucknow and one to Mumbai, each on a different truck owner's vehicle.
That means two sets of books running at once — what the party owes you, and what you owe the truck owner. Keeping both in one diary is where the money quietly goes missing.
What that needs from the software
- Party ledger and supplier ledger kept apart, each with its own balance
- Commission recorded separately — from the party, the truck owner, or both
- Advance to the driver and hire paid to the owner, both subtracted automatically
- Trips out to Jaipur, Lucknow, Kanpur, Mumbai and Ahmedabad all on one screen
- Outstanding sorted by age, so the oldest Delhi party gets the first call
What you get
- Bilty / LR in three copies — consignor, consignee and office — in your own number series
- Every trip with party freight, supplier hire, advances and the profit left over
- Party and supplier ledgers that build themselves from trips and payments
- GST invoices, delivery challans and trip bills from the same figures
- Driver advances and expenses in one account
- Your logo and signature on every document
- All your data exportable to Excel, any time
Works on the phone in the office and on the road
There is nothing to install. It opens in any phone or computer browser, and in Chrome you can add it to the home screen so it behaves like an app. The munshi enters trips at the counter, and you see the same figures from wherever you are.
Frequently asked questions
Is TransportMaster available in Delhi?
Yes. It runs in a browser, so there is nothing to install and nothing tied to a location. Transporters across Delhi, Ghaziabad, Noida, Faridabad and Gurugram use the same software.
Can I keep my own bilty number series?
Yes. Set your prefix and starting number once — if your book ended at GR-4500, the next bilty will be GR-4501.
I only broker loads, I do not own trucks. Does it still fit?
That is exactly what it is built for. Party freight and supplier hire are kept separately, and your commission is tracked on its own.
Can my staff use it without seeing everything?
Yes. Each staff user gets their own permissions — you decide what they can view, add, edit and delete.
