Frequently asked questions
Can I bill detention and halting charges?
Yes. Add them as charge lines on the trip and they print on their own line on the invoice, so the party can see exactly what was charged and why.
Can one invoice cover a month of trips for one party?
Yes. Choose the party and a date range, and every trip in between is listed — keep the ones you want and drop the rest.
Does it handle GST and non-GST billing?
Both. For each invoice you decide whether GST applies and at what rate. GTA-style billing is supported as well.
Can the party get the bilty on WhatsApp?
Yes — a PDF, and a link the party can open on their own phone.
