Trip management software
Every trip accounted for — freight in, hire out, and what is actually left.
How much one trip asks you to remember
The party's freight, the truck owner's hire, the advance given to the driver, diesel, tolls, loading and unloading, and the detention that came up in between. Until all of it is added and subtracted, there is no way to know what that trip actually earned.
Enter the trip and the figures are ready
- Party freight and supplier hire, each kept separately
- Freight can be fixed, or per tonne, per kg, per km or per bag
- Advances and payments are subtracted as they happen
- Profit is shown per trip — a loss-making trip cannot hide
- Trip status: created, running, delivered, closed
- The POD photo stays attached to the trip itself
Vehicles, drivers and suppliers
Every vehicle gets its own page — its trips, its expenses, and the dates on its papers (insurance, fitness, permit, PUC). Every driver gets an account showing advances taken and deductions made. Every supplier gets a ledger showing hire earned, hire paid and what is still outstanding.
Bring your old data in from Excel
You do not have to type everything again to get started. Parties, drivers, vehicles and past trips import straight from Excel. You see a preview of exactly what will go in, and nothing is saved until you say yes.
Frequently asked questions
My freight is charged per tonne — is that supported?
Yes. Fixed, per trip, per tonne, per kg, per km, per day, per hour, per litre and per bag — nine ways in all. Enter the rate and quantity and the total is worked out for you.
How is profit shown?
Party freight minus supplier hire minus trip expenses — shown for each trip, with a monthly total as well.
Will my old trips import from Excel?
Yes. Upload your sheet — the software recognises common column names even when they differ. You see a preview first, and the data only goes in once you confirm.
Will it remind me about vehicle document dates?
Yes. Enter the insurance, fitness, permit and PUC dates and an alert appears on the dashboard before they expire.
